Account Executive (San Francisco Bay Area)
The Account Executive position requires individuals to generate sales from both new and existing business accounts. As an Account Executive you will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle; with a particular focus on creating opportunities, presenting product benefits, product positioning, return-on-investment discussions and closing business. This quota carrying, fast paced position provides excellent career and compensation growth opportunities in a challenging and exciting atmosphere.
Requirements
- A successful candidate must be able to work effectively over the phone to accomplish the objectives for this position.
- Limited travel may be required to participate in appropriate trade shows or to visit key accounts.
- Successful track record with annual quotas for 2+ years in a telesales role.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, creating customer interest, qualifying, need identification/creation, presenting client value solutions/programs, closing, and time management skills.
- The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn, self confident, creative, persuasive, appreciate a challenge, able to cope with rejection, persistent, competitive, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Candidates must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and web conferencing applications.
