Delivery Account Manager
Reporting to the Director of Delivery Services, the successful candidate will play a role in driving well-vetted customers into the StrongMail sales’ pipeline, and will ensure the deliverability of customers participating in StrongDelivery Services (SDS). This person is responsible for the customer experience from the completion of the StrongStart and throughout the renewal process/lifecycle.
This role has both inbound and outbound characteristics. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Defining and producing improved vetting tools to improve efficiency of process
- Manage the customer experience for customers enrolled in the StrongDelivery Services and Production Mailing Program programs
- Work collaboratively with Services Team to ensure proper configuration and necessary monitoring components are installed on customer’s appliance
- Maintain a knowledge of customer mailing practices and strategic objectives
- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly delivery reviews for customers
- Escalating support cases that impair the delivery of clients
- Escalating sales or renewal opportunities to the Sales Team
- Defining and producing tools to improve productivity of Delivery Team
- Educate customers on best practices when needed to increase delivery rates
- Increase sales education on delivery offerings and expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of StrongMail service, product, and pricing programs.
- Participate in the creation of new Service Offerings as a subject matter expert.
- Inform customers of software upgrades and important patches
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, MBA desirable
- Experience in on-demand and/or marketing applications
- Experience with email deliverability
- Experience with functional requirements and specifications
- Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
