StrongMail and Milyoni to Bridge the Gap Between Social Commerce and Social Media Marketing

Integrated solution to allow retailers to insert contextual products into relevant social conversations

Adding Milyoni as a StrongMail technology partner will allow marketers to introduce contextual assortments (customized packages of products) into relevant social conversations for any number of target member communities. This partnership complements StrongMail's existing social media marketing services and technology, which address all aspects of the social marketing process, from listening and understanding customers on the social web to fostering engagement and driving conversions.

By integrating Milyoni's iStore Dashboard into StrongMail Social Studio, StrongMail will enable brands to listen to conversations about its products and services, engage in the conversation via social channels (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and present relevant product assortments based on the specifics of the social dialogue. In addition, Social Studio provides full reporting around the entire social program, from sharing activity to purchase behavior, allowing marketers to report on the specific contribution of each program.
