AAA Selects StrongMail for Optimized Email Delivery
StrongMail to support AAA’s 49 million members with a robust email platform designed for unprecedented visibility and delivery of outbound email
Redwood City, Calif., August 08, 2006 — StrongMail Systems, Inc., the innovation leader in email infrastructure software, today announced that AAA, North America's largest motoring and leisure travel organization, has selected StrongMail as the email delivery platform for www.aaa.com, which powers registration and travel applications for 49 million members across the United States and Canada. StrongMail will provide AAA with new visibility into email deliverability rates, allowing it to resolve conflicts and maximize delivery of more than one million emails per month.
A federation of 72 motor clubs with more than 1,100 offices, the national AAA organization hosts many of the individual club web sites and provides email delivery across all clubs for many of its popular travel services, including reservations and AAA Internet TripTik®. Every time a member registers or uses one of these online services, the AAA web site generates the required transactional or marketing email. Ensuring that these emails are delivered successfully is a top priority, which is why AAA turned to StrongMail to ensure the reliability of its email communications.
