Spencer Kollas
Director of Delivery Services
As Director of Delivery Services for StrongMail, Spencer is responsible for creating, defining and implementing cutting-edge service programs to help StrongMail's customers continue to maximize their email deliverability rates. Along with his focus on building services programs, Spencer also works closely with the product team to continually enhance the deliverability capabilities of StrongMail’s technology. Prior to StrongMail, Spencer was the Director of Deliverability for Premiere Global Services, where he helped global brands increase the performance of their email campaigns with improved inbox delivery.
As a deliverability thought leader, Spencer has provided strategic counsel to such leading brands as Travelocity, T. Rowe Price, and InterContinental Hotel Group. An active speaker and author within the industry, he actively participates in several trade organizations, including the Email Sender & Provider Coalition (ESPC), Messaging Anti-Abuse Work Group (MAAWG), and The Email Experience Council (EEC). Spencer performed his undergraduate and graduate work in communications at Florida State University.
